A Touch of Pooh Help to Brighten Up a Neighborhood

All across the country there a many neighborhoods left with vacant homes that sit untouched and uncared for. A young artist is among a group that has been going around painting windows on abandoned homes in Flint, Michigan. Among the characters to adorn these homes is Winnie the Pooh. The idea behind this project is to just bring some life and colors to neighborhoods that are have lost some its vitality because of the many vacant homes that line the streets. The city of Flint supports this project and hopefully it does brighten up the lives of the people still left in these neighborhoods.

Cute Eeyore and Piglet Baby Strollers

These strollers are extremely adorable, cute, and delightful. You have to just see for yourselves. These are lightweight umbrella strollers. What makes them great are the cute ears hanging from the top. When I first saw them I had had to say ” oooh”, because what else could I say. There are the umbrellas strollers with a sunshade on top.

Winnie the Pooh in a College Dorm

During my college years I had my bed completely decked out in Winnie the Pooh. I had the Winnie the Pooh comforter, sheet set, pillowcases, and a Winnie the Pooh decorated pillow. You might think this was not cool, but most people thought my Winnie the Pooh dorm room was cool. This was during the 90’s when Winnie Pooh was making a huge comeback. I was not the only one on campus ready to flaunt my love of Winnie the Pooh.

I began to love Winnie the Pooh before I started college. My love of began accidentally. My little brother would watch the videos and I would watch along with him. My favorite Winnie the Pooh video became Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day.
My love for Winnie the Pooh continues to today.
