During my college years I had my bed completely decked out in Winnie the Pooh. I had the Winnie the Pooh comforter, sheet set, pillowcases, and a Winnie the Pooh decorated pillow. You might think this was not cool, but most people thought my Winnie the Pooh dorm room was cool. This was during the 90’s when Winnie Pooh was making a huge comeback. I was not the only one on campus ready to flaunt my love of Winnie the Pooh.
I began to love Winnie the Pooh before I started college. My love of began accidentally. My little brother would watch the videos and I would watch along with him. My favorite Winnie the Pooh video became Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day

My love for Winnie the Pooh continues to today.

The city already known as Winnie the Pooh’s hometown has earned another “beary” special distinction: Polar Bears International is moving its global headquarters to Winnipeg.
The non-profit organization, which dedicates itself to the conservation of polar bears, was founded in 1992 by Canadian wildlife photographer Dan Guravich.
